Orkney & Shetland 2019 - Day 24Aberdeen to DundeeIntroductionOur plan was to disembark in Aberdeen, park the car and then spend some time looking around the "Granite City". Nice in theory but the weather decided to make our third visit to the city even more miserable than the other two. So with low cloud and constant drizzle we decided to drive south to Dundee in the hope of better weather. That did not eventuate, so in Dundee we spent the afternoon at the Discovery Centre looking over the ship that took Scott to Antarctica. It is an excellent centre, well worth the visit. Unfortunately the weather was so bad we do not have any photographs for this day....
